Great product but the QA was poor
When I first received these pants I couldn't believe how poorly they were finished - it was as if they'd skipped the tidying up step of the production line. I'd have probably have sent them back instead if it hadn't been a couple of days before my boarding trip, but in the end I had to trim off at least 2 dozen loose threads that had been left over from manufacture. Not something you expect from an expensive bit of sports wear.

Once I'd snipped off the offending snags, the actual pants themselves are pretty decent. Comfortable fit with a fair bit of room for adjustment around the waist. Plenty of give so I never felt restricted, and I never got damp even though I spent an awful lot of the time on my backside! They've done a week of pretty heavy falls and scrapes and come through it without any noticeable damage.

I'd like to give Animal the benefit of the doubt and hope that mine just happened to slip through their quality control somehow. If that's the case then...
