Competent technical outdoor wear
I've been looking for one of these for a while and was pleased to finally find it on Amazon. These are really good technical jackets from an excellent brand. The outer shell is completely wind and waterproof (as far as I've been able to tell) and the inner fleece, which zips fairly seamlessly into the outer shell, is one of the warmest fleeces I've ever owned. In my experience Colombia's sizes are quite generous so I wouldn't say you need to go up a size - even if you are planning on wearing layers under this. My only criticisms are:
1. Being quite tall, I would have liked the jacket to be a bit longer. I assume the Large is longer, but unfortunately I take a Medium. It basically covers my bum, but would have been so much better if it were just 10cm longer. However, it is meant for fairly active outdoor use and I admit a longer length might be impractical or hinder ease of movement. If you're shorter than me (1,77m) you might not have a problem with the length.
